Rectangular faience tile. Percy Newberry notes on the record card, "probably tablets from foundation deposit". Sketch by Charles Gatty in 1884 on the Gatty Slip and he also records what Petrie wrote on the accompanying label "10 ft down within N. Wall of Temple SAN-EL-HAGAR, 1884". CONDITION NOTE (1998): pitted, concretions, surface dirt. From the Egypt Exploration Fund 1884 excavations at Tanis (San el-Hagar), directed by William Flinders Petrie; assigned to the Egypt Exploration Fund in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
