The Tramp

Mann trained at the Liverpool School of Art. He was a member of the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour and the Royal Cambrian Academy where he was also elected President. He exhibited at the Royal Academy and the Liverpool Autumn Exhibitions, Walker Art Gallery amongst others.
