Vase

Vase, of oblate ovoid form with tall contracted neck and slightly spreading mouth. Painted in famille verte enamels. Four square panels of kylins and other mythical animals, alternating with a similar number of medallions of rocks, flowering plants and insects, on ground of green hexagons, radiated in red, inset with vases and symbols; band of red lozenge pattern with four panels of symbols on shoulders. On neck, two square panels, a river scene and a bamboo tree with bird, on netted aubergine ground inset with medallions of green plum blossom.
