Vase, octagonal, with straight sides, sloping shoulders, straight neck, and spreading lip. Painted in brilliant famille verte enamels with lotus designs, rocks, and flowering plants – peony, chrysanthemum, etc. – on the sides and neck. On the shoulder, yellow lozenge and aubergine fish-roe patterns and medallions with symbols in alternating white and red grounds. Hatched green band at the base of the neck. Base unglazed.
