Egyptian alabaster vase inscribed with the Horus name of Khufu (Medjedu), the second king of the Fourth Dynasty, who was buried in the Great Pyramid at Giza. Unfortunately not evacuated during World War Two and lost in the fire that destroyed the museum in May 1941.
