A view of the Jungle inscribed. 2 men on far side of the river. Possibly a fording point on the river as the path in foreground meets the river opposite the where the path leaves it on the far side, to the right hand side of the photograph (or they may have used the bridge like structure in previous image), 1860's. Albumen print. Photographer may be Woodbury and Page who published a book of photographs of Java 'Finding Aid for Souvenir of Java' between 1860-1890.
