The Visit

Panchal was born in India and studied art in Bombay and London. He now lives and works in London and has exhibited in the John Moores Painting Prize on multiple occasions. His watercolours are influenced by the stylisation and craftsmanship of the traditional Indian village art of his childhood, combined with a modern sensibility. He depicts the lives of Indians in Britain, showing a poignant mixture of East and West.
