Coiled snake figure on top of a small shrine-shaped box that would have held a votive animal mummy. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Corroded,fresh corrosion around hole, concretions inside. Wellcome Historical Medical Museum accession no. 105314: "MUMMY BOX. Lead, surmounted with snake (Incomplete). 1" x 4½" x 1 1/8". Egyptian". Purchased for Sir Henry Wellcome by Captain Saint from Pusgal, Cairo. February 1931.
