Fragment of a painted mudbrick wall from the North Riverside Palace. Painted yellow with brown lines to imitate wood-grain panelling. Set within a block of plaster of paris. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Surface dirt, cracking, pitted. Wellcome Historical Medical Museum accession no. 153588: FRAGMENTS 2 Painted plaster to imitate wood graining. 11" x 6" and 8½" x 6".
