Information
Robson made many trips to Scotland, publishing a collection of views of the Grampian Mountains in 1814. Highland subjects dominated his output. He was influenced by John Varley (1778 - 1842).
Inversnaid is a settlement on Loch Lomond. It was later made famous by an eponymous poem by Gerard Manley Hopkins (1844 - 1889).
