Wine pot

Wine pot in the form of a peach. The body is beautiful turquoise with streaks of aubergine and yellow which have run down from the handle and attachments. The spout is brownish yellow. The piece is an important symbol of long life, sacred to the Daoist goddess Xiwang Mu, the Queen Mother of the West.
