Woodblock

Woodblock for textile printing with raised relief image of a hare. Traces of paint remain in places. Previously thought to be a fragment of a decorative panel perhaps once attached to a piece of furniture such as a choir screen. Probably collected in Upper Egypt, near Thebes.
