Wreath votive offering

Votive offering from the Sanctuary of Artemis Orthia in Sparta (or possibly another anctuary site in Lakonia). The upper part of the offering has a round small wreath with unseparated short rays and the lower part is a vertical stem with a lot of excess lead at its end.
