Don't forget to send your Christmas e-cards!

December can be a hectic time of year, with presents to buy, parties to go to and family get-togethers to prepare. With everything that's going on even the most organised people can find that despite their good intentions they start to run out of time. Today is your last chance to send your cards in the second class post in the UK, and Friday is the last day for first class post.

Don't panic though, for even if you miss the post you can still send a Christmas e-card from the National Museums Liverpool website. The card shown here is from the selection of vintage Christmas and New Year e-cards from National Museums Liverpool's collections.

There is also a selection of fine art Christmas e-cards, which includes some of the popular paintings and sculpture from National Museums Liverpool's collections, as well as previous exhibitors from the John Moores Painting Prize exhibitions.

Our e-cards are free to send and delivered faster than even Father Christmas's sleigh could travel. This year we have also added the option to send a single e-card to several people to help save you time. So what are you waiting for? Spread a little festive cheer!

This card, which is not currently on display, is from the Decorative Art collection at the Walker Art Gallery.
