Description: Bottle with pear-shaped body, and tall neck with bulb under the mouth. Painted in underglaze blue with archaic dragons on the neck, and dragons painted in famille vert enamels pursuing pearls on the body. Mark of the Chenghua period (1465-1487 AD), but the bottle is of Kangxi date.

Richard Bennett collection; his sale, 1911, purchased by Edgar Gorer for Lever; by whom gifted to the Lady Lever Art Gallery, 1922.
