Wish you were here? Local people have been getting involved and sharing their experiences of Liverpool Airport from the 1930s to the present day. This community display uses souvenirs, photographs and personal accounts to tell the story of the airport from the first flights in the 1930s to today's hen weekends with Easyjet.

The Friends of Liverpool Airport and local people developed this display. The Museum of Liverpool's partnership programme, Our City, Our Stories, enables local people to present their interpretation of the museum's themes and objects.
