Our dedicated events create unique events in stunning locations, such as this dinner at Museum of Liverpool. Photographed by Mark McNulty. National Museums Liverpool is heading to Frankfurt this week, set to do business with more than 9000 buyers and visitors at IMEX, an international exhibition for events, meetings and incentive travel. Staff from National Museums Liverpool are travelling to the German city to promote our upcoming programme of exhibitions and to meet clients interested in booking corporate events in our unique venues. National Museums Liverpool has a dedicated corporate events team who deliver a wide range of events in their unique museums and galleries, hosting up to 1000 guests at venues such as World Museum and Museum of Liverpool. Having operated for more than 25 years, the Events team has recently been shortlisted for an Excellence in Business Tourism accolade in the Liverpool City Region Tourism Awards 2017. This will be the second time that the team will visit Frankfurt for IMEX. Having attended the exhibition last year, they are set to strengthen international business links and forge new relationships with clients and buyers. With a portfolio of seven venues, three lecture theatres and an innovative in-house catering offer, the Events team host some of the Liverpool’s most prestigious events and clients, providing exceptional private dining, receptions, conferences and weddings, and facilitating high-profile commercial filming. All profits from the Events division are gifted annually to National Museums Liverpool, meaning that corporate clients contribute to the future of the city’s museums and galleries. "I am so excited to attend IMEX 2017 and represent National Museums Liverpool’s Events team. I will be attending the conference to discuss our unique and special venues in the city. The stunning event spaces are the perfect backdrop to inspire and impress clients and guests and are a refreshing alternative to traditional conference spaces. This year we are also looking forward to opening our newest event space at World Museum – this will allow our guests to enjoy a truly versatile space just a few minutes walk from Lime Street Station."
