Heim Gallery

Former London art dealers (1965 - 1989) who specialised in Old Master paintings, Italian paintings and sculpture

Heim Gallery was founded in London in June 1966 by the business partners Fran├žois Heim (from Galerie Heim, Paris, begun 1954) and Andrew S Ciechanowiecki. Ciechanowiecki served as the director of the London gallery while Heim remained in France.

The gallery specialised in Old Master paintings, especially by French artists of the 15th to 18th centuries. They also dealt in Italian paintings from all periods as well as sculpture (marble, terracotta and bronze) from the Renaissance period to the 19th century. The gallery held exhibitions at least two or three times a year between 1966 and 1989.

The gallery's customers included museums and individual clients in Europe and the United States.
