Notes on Slump/Fear:

  1. Slump/Fear (orange/black) 2004 is a work made within a set of limits that I can only discover by squeezing and pushing these limits to extremes.
  2. To present prosaic stuff (paint) in a moment of transformation, allowing one cohering structure to vanish while another emerges.
  3. Slump/Fear is an anarchic chemistry of wrinkles, tears, slippages and seepages.
