Celebrate Grandparents Day and Silver Sunday, the national day for older people, on 2 October. A fantastic day for grandparents, parents, and children to spend the day at the Gallery.

House of Memories on the Road

10.30 – 4pm, Gallery car park
House of Memories on the Road is our touring mobile museum van that opens up into an immersive cinema and activity space.
Small groups of up to six people will enjoy a magical experience in a safe and intimate way, exploring memories of the past and bringing joy to the present.

Kaboodle Choir

1pm and 2pm, Main Hall
Join the Kaboodle in the main hall for choral performance.

Memory Boxes

1-4pm Activity rooms
Bring your family to make a memory box with us, we'll provide you with materials to help families keep and preserve special objects and memories.
