Wirral poetry groups' showcase

Come and see what the poetry world is up to in and around the Wirral.

Local poetry groups will be on hand to talk about what they do, along with other groups interested in the pursuit and application of poetry.

This is a great networking opportunity for anyone interested poetry. The event takes place under the careful stewardship of Ali Harwood – our resident ringmaster.

At 1pm Festival Chair Kemal will talk about the Video Anthology festival and will read some of his poetry. 

The third annual Poetry Video Anthology will also be running on a continuous loop throughout the afternoon. It is always fascinating to see the different ways people have used technology to present their work and it is always well worth taking time out to watch.

No need to book – just drop in. These events all take place in the education rooms in the basement of the Lady Lever.
