This LGBT History Month create your own rainbow to take home. In this session we will be making rainbows, a symbol of lesbian, gay, bi, and trans equality since the 1970s.
The rainbow flag first became a symbol of LGBT+ inclusion and Pride in 1978 when the first flag, designed by Gilert Baker, was flown at San Francisco's Gay Freedom Day Parade in 1978. Since then the flag has become a symbol of hope, inclusion, and celebration of LGBT+ people globally.
Help celebrate the amazing diversity of our city and show your support for LGBT+ communities!
