Inspirational Black Scousers

Unfortunately the tours that were due to be held on 18 October 2025 have had to be cancelled due to staff sickness.

Liverpool has one of the oldest Black communities in Europe with some families tracing ten generations of heritage in Liverpool.

Join us on this tour of the Museum of Liverpool to uncover some of the stories of inspirational Black scousers who have helped shape this city. Some stories you might have heard, others will be new to you but all of them are fascinating and deserve to be celebrated and shared.

Tours run at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm and are suitable for audiences aged 11 and over.
