Merseyside Polonia Polish Family Easter
No current dates available

Merseyside Polonia is delighted to invite you to our Easter workshop at the World Museum!
We are super excited to share traditional Polish Easter crafts with participants of all ages.
This year, our Easter event is themed around the Bee, celebrating spring and the season of renewal. In Polish folklore, bees have long been regarded as sacred creatures, believed to have been sent by God. They were seen as symbols of life, and harming them was considered a sin—an idea that continues to hold cultural significance today.
At the Museum entrance, you will be able to admire Merseyside Polonia’s bee-autiful, bee-themed, large decorative Easter Egg created by volunteers and participants of Arts&Crafts group. Then, join us on the top floor of the World Museum to create Pisanki (decorated boiled eggs) using vibrant collage materials.
You can also craft colourful Easter palms from tissue and crepe paper flowers, a cherished tradition in Poland.
This is a wonderful opportunity for children and adults alike to enjoy a creative, fun-filled day while celebrating community and exploring Polish traditions and culture.
We look forward to seeing you there! Do zobaczenia!
