About this object

This frog is light brown or green above with dark brown patches, often arranged in lines down the back. A dark stripe runs from the tip of the snout, though the eye and the tympanum (tight membrane covering the entrance to the ear), and down the side of the body. A narrower white stripe runs below this dark stripe and breaks into a series of spots along the side of the body. The backs of the thighs are orange to red with dark brown to black spots. The belly is coarsely granular and white to light brown.
