A set of our three favourite condiments created by Head Chef Ben Sheeran from the Maritime Dining Rooms. The set includes a bottle of Brown Sauce, a jar of Piccalilli and a jar of Spiced Red Onion Chutney. All our condiments contain only fresh, natural ingredients.
Brown Sauce Ingredients: Prunes 12%, Apples 18%, Onions 12%, Malt Vinegar 20%, Balsamic Vinegar 8%, Spices 5%, Sugar 15%, Water 8% and Salt 2%.
Piccalilli Ingredients: Cauliflower 20%, Carrot 15%, Silver Skin Onion 15%, Radish 10%, Courgette 15%, Vinegar 15%, Mustard Powder 5%, Chilli 3% and Green Cardamom 2%.
Red Onion Ingredients: Red Onion 65%, Apple 12%, Cider Vinegar 5%, Ginger Beer 5%, Sugar 10% and Spices 3%.
Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 4 weeks.
