Entomology and other Invertebrates
World Museum’s entomology collections are nationally significant, with around 750000 invertebrate specimens including pinned insects. The collections, used to support biological recording and research, have been largely acquired through donations, and are available for study by appointment. Other resources include an extensive reference library, high quality microscopes, bench space, imaging suite with stacking capability and other operational equipment.
